User experience is key to a successful website.
What makes a website responsive is the ability to change depending on the size of the device it’s being viewed through such as a desktop, iPad or phone making it easier to use/navigate.
This means no zooming in to make links bigger so they can be clicked (which I am sure many of you have come across in the past!). Instead menus adapt so are easily clickable and the design will change to best fit your device.
Making websites easy and simple to use is imperative in business success so all sites need to be responsive.
